Conveniently located near Kings Beach restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, this cozy mountain retreat offers comfort and convenience in every season. The open floor plan features a large dining table, fully stocked kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for gathering after a day of Tahoe adventures. Expansive windows fill the home with natural light, and a spacious back deck provides the perfect spot to relax among the trees. The primary bedroom features a California King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, and the hallway bathroom offers a shower only for added convenience. A rollaway twin bed provides extra sleeping space. Entertainment is easy with a ROKU TV and a variety of games for cozy nights in. • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 5 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN • PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted. • NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided. • PARKING: Limited to 2 vehicles.
