Step inside at the ground level and discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms: a cozy kid-friendly room with two twin beds and a spacious guest suite featuring a queen bed, en suite bath with stand-up shower, and tasteful décor. An additional full bath with a walk-in shower serves this level, perfect for families or groups. Head upstairs to the heart of the home and 2nd floor—the open-concept great room where the views steal the show. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. Private beach access is great as King's Beach does get busy on a weekend.Only negative was that outside furniture was a bit untidy and could have been cleaned up a bit prior to our visit. We had unobstructed views of the lake and shops and restaurants basically at the end of the driveway. Beach and jet ski rentals were right next door. Three floors with beautiful views of the lake from the second and third floors. Great for families if stairs are not an issue (has 3 staircases). One small issue re: the fireplace...very close proximity to the TV/soundbar mounted above. Gets incredibly hot on the soundbar which affects functionality. Aside from this, highly recommend this property. Property management has quick response to questions. Close to restaurants. 45 min. drive to Palisades for skiing. We take showers in two bathroom at the same time and take turns after each other. The hot water was running hot enough without any temperature dropping. Strongly recommend it. Cookwares are enough for 5 people and cooked daily. Great location for both summer and winter. There were plenty snow covering the beach so we were able to sled on the snow. Super fun.
