"The room was charming , the staff were friendly . We were given a tour of the place upon our arrival . Cookies were delivered to our door despite us not being present at the time . Breakfast was tasty and service was good . Location was excellent close to many interest points ."

"The hallway smells on the second floor. Nothing is updated here. It appears there are people living- long term here. The front desk staff are not very customer service friendly. The only person overly nice was the seeet lady who was working in the breakfast area. She’s the best and stands out from everyone else. Actually kind of a nasty place and wouldn’t stay again."

"We had to change rooms because the HVAC wasn't working properly and the bed was uncomfortable. The second room was better. The elevator wasn't working properly and it dropped us from the lobby to the basement, which was terrifying. The outside of the property was not well maintained... full of weeds. Would not stay there again."
