Pool. Hot Tub. E4 Our two bedroom, two bathroom condo in Killington, Vermont is located close to the slopes and the perfect place for your vacation no matter the season. Spread out on two floors, you'll have amazing mountain views, a wood burning fireplace (free firewood provided), comfy living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. The community center at the center of the complex offers an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small fitness area. Come see why Fall Line is one of the best locations in Killington! • We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property. • Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance. • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets. • You must sign and return our written rental agreement. • The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm. There is an EV charger available outside the Community Center as well. • The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge. • Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building. • We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25\. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV charger. SKI RESORTS: Killington Snowshed Base (0.5 miles), Killington K1 Base (1.7 miles), Pico Mountain (6.7 miles), Mountain Meadows Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe (4.2 miles) SHUTTLE: Every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks. The windows were dated and one was broken to the point where it could not be closed. We requested it to be repaired or something done, but there were high winds and snow during our stay. Nothing was done and the one bedroom was not able to be used because snow and wind were blowing in the window and it was freezing cold. During Covid-19, we have been cautious about communal eating and wanted a location where we could largely avoid the lodges. This generally fit the bill. We were able to ski directly from the trails along the "condo trails" Killington has set up. It was a 5 minute ski from the Snowshed area right to the condo. While we needed someone to drop us off at the mountain on the way back (not ski in ski out, but rather ski home), this was a real benefit for us and made us feel comfortable. The condo itself was exactly as promised and was spacious for our family of 4\. I would recommend it for Killington, where on-mountain condos are scarce. The management was very professional and we had no issues at the condo itself. Communication was good, via email and text and I would recommend the management as well. ##### Ken R.
