Pinesmoke sits in a quiet location with views to the river Lochay and a short walk from the charming village of Killin and the famous Falls of Dochart. Situated within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park its central location offers easy visits to e.g. Stirling Castle, Scone Place, Edinburgh, Oban and Blair Drummond Wildlife Park. Situated at the head of Loch Tay there are many opportunities for walking, cycling, canoeing, fishing or simply relaxing by visiting the local historic sites and villages. Canoes and bikes are available for hire in the village.
The accommodation is laid out over one floor, with 9 steps to the front entrance. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable and the large picture window in the sitting room provides impressive views over the river Lochay and the Tarmachan ridge. Having an open fire this room is ideal for cosy nights in, during the winter. The conservatory/dining room leads off a well laid out and equipped kitchen. The conservatory opens on to the patio and large enclosed garden that has delightful views over the adjoining hillside. The garage games room has a full sized table tennis table and a small pool table that ensures visitors of all ages can be entertained after a day of outdoor activity.

A wonderful home in a beautiful place
Pinesmoke is just what we needed.. Homely, warm, clean with a fabulous garden full of birds. The games room in the garage was great for the teenagers and dad. Loads of space too to store sups and kayaks. Killin has it all great walks, waterways and cycling routes. One week was not long enough. We will be back.

Very nice house with a garden, awesome views, great location
We found the property quite as advertised, very clean and cosy. Shops and restaurants are well within walking distance (for a dog-friendly option, check the restaurant at Killin Hotel). Location is great for exploring surrounding countryside which is very beautiful, with plenty walking/hiking opportunities. Would happily come again.

Großartige Ferien in Schottland
Tolles Haus, so wie beschrieben. Schöner eingezäunter Garten, unser Hund hatte Spaß! Auch unser Sohn kam auf seine Kosten (Billard und Tischtennis in der Garage). Sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer dafür gesorgt haben, dass alles da war. Killin ist zentral gelegen - von dort kann man fast alles in Schottland bereisen.
