Basically it’s what we would like ourselves when traveling, clean, comfortable and well-appointed throughout. We have other properties in Killarney located at The Priory Killarney Courtyard Cottages. Sunnyhill has 2 floors and 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms upstairs and shower downstairs. There is a large 'pot belly' stove in the sitting room for added comfort and warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, stove, microwave all the modern cons. A washer and dryer in the back utility room as well. The 3 bedrooms are 1 queen, 1 double and 2 single beds. ''Downtown' Killarney is a 2 minute walk but everyone says we're in town. So you can operate from here without a rental car. There is free parking behind the house if you do rent a car. Wonderful vibrant town center with the best of pubs featuring traditional music and pub grub. Great restaurants and shopping plus a cinema as well - everything is within walking distance. The train station and bus station are a 5 minute stroll. Rent a bike and head to Killarney National Park, over 23,000 acres. Go walking up Torc Mountain or hiking up Carrantuohill (the highest peak in Ireland). Take in an afternoon at the Spa, whatever you feel like it’s pretty much here! House was clean, cozy, yet spacious, location was excellent. Just a five minute walk from downtown Killarney. There’s a shortcut down O’Connell’s Terrace that avoids the traffic on Lewis Road. We had ample space for three of us, but house could easily accommodate two to three more guests. Overall an exceptional property and stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend if traveling to Killarney. ##### Andrew B. Quiet neighborhood but in walking distance to the downtown area. Large family/gathering room and kitchen space. And they had a separate clothes dryer!!! From the moment we stepped foot into Sunnyhill, we wanted to stay forever. It is so lovely, much bigger than it seems in the photos, and was perfect for our group of 2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 grandma! Hosts were so easy to communicate with. The location was amazing - we walked EVERYWHERE - shops, restaurants, sites, and even a wonderful playground for the kids. The worst part was having to leave! Junk in every drawer, food left in freezer that was not ours, slow running drains in the showers, no instructions for the TV and no firewood.We felt generous, giving this rowhouse three stars.Beware parking in front of the house. We incurred a 40 parking ticket when Tim should’ve mentioned that this might occur. We were not happy campers. ##### Meg J.
