In addition to the Wright Brothers National Monument, you'll find a variety of other attractions, including lighthouses, historic sites, and charming coastal towns to explore during your stay. Beach Access: Close to the Atlantic Street beach access! Head north on S. Memorial Blvd and turn right onto Atlantic Street. Once you cross NC-12 (The Beach Road), the Atlantic Street public beach access is on the other side of the road. The access has a paved parking lot, outdoor showers, portable bathroom, a wooden walkway over the dunes and a lifeguard on duty (during summer season only). If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount.
