Welcome to Sea Grace, a beautiful 2-bedroom, semi-oceanfront upscale condo located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, that is ideal for a romantic getaway or small families! Prime location only steps to the beach where a newly built walkway creates easy accessibility. A myriad of shopping opportunities, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Sea Grace is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator access, and views of the ocean from the great room, master bedroom, and open balcony. There is a well-stocked kitchen that has all the amenities for gourmet entertaining. A Ninja is available to create your favorite frozen concoction, and a Keurig to take your steaming cup of coffee on the deck to enjoy a sunrise view! An open deck with polywood furniture for outdoor dining provides the picture-perfect location for a Happy Hour or relaxing in the sun.

The condo includes 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, Large sectional sofa. No Pets allowed. Non-smoking.

Great Location

The property was great. It had everything we needed for our Labor Day weekend stay. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of movies, books and games to choose from for a night in. The welcome wine was a nice touch too. The location was great with easy access to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. We would stay here again.

Beautiful and well equipped

This property was the most impressive condo we have ever stayed it. The kitchen had every gadget and appliance that you would ever need and i appreciated the organization of the kitchen cabinets. Extra points for having martini glasses and a shaker! I loved the quality of the couch and the bed was comfortable

Great Condo!

The condo was very clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. I suggest bringing your own towels as the ones there are thin. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. The view from the large balcony was wonderful with a beautiful sunrise every morning. We were surprised with a nice welcome bag and bottle of wine. I would stay here again and will definitely suggest to my friends!

The condo (it had everything you would need), check-in process (we were able to check-in a little early) and location (right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants) were perfect for our first visit to the Outer Banks. We are already talking about a return trip next year.

everything was perfect here, but two suggestions. 1) the bed was comfortable, but please invest in real pillows. really, worst pillows ever! 2) the drain in the shower needs to be snaked. the soapy water backs up and creates a slip and fall hazard. other then that, wonderful!

Favorite Beach Trip!

We loved our stay at Sea Grace! The condo is perfectly located across from the public beach access, close to many restaurants and shopping and is beautifully decorated. The beds are super comfortable and it was nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom and a washer/dryer. A welcome bag and complementary bottle of wine was on the counter when we arrived. Sea Grace has everything and all we needed to bring was our clothes! First Flight was also very responsive when we asked for a late check out. Sea Grace is by far one of our favorite places as it feels like home when you walk in the door. We are already planning our next visit!

Home Away From Home

Stayed at this property for two weeks and loved it! The condo is stocked with everything you can possibly think of in the kitchen. The deck was fabulous and the location is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We loved Mama Kwan’s and the Beachcombers across the street. The mattress in the guest room could be replaced but all the other furniture in the condo was well maintained and super comfortable. We have it marked as one of our favorites on VRBO and would definitely stay here again!

Great condo close to the beach. Loved that we could just cross the street and access the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Beds were comfortable as was the big couch! Would totally stay again.

This condo is so nice I could happily live in it! Very clean. Elevator in Bldg worked great. Easy parking. Sooo convenient to walk to restaurants. Truly has everything you need in the kitchen, quality bedding, Brita water pitcher, Kuerig, toaster oven. Comfy/clean furniture, great TVs, spacious deck with Polywood furniture and oceanview. Hotel in front does not block your view. My sincere thanks to the owners for all they have done to make this a place I can’t wait to rent again!

The property was as good as advertised. Very clean upon arrival and well equipped for our family of four. The convenience of the beach access was understated, it’s such a short walk. Also many restaurants within walking distance.

We could see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony each morning! Public beach access just across the street, but quiet enough at night to get good sleep (even during what we learned was the first half of bike week). Close to restaurants and attractions - will definitely stay here next time we're in OBX.

This condo was just like the description on VRBO from location to amenities. It was very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen (and then some). We were right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. We would definitely rebook this condo.

Totally nice place

This property was exactly as advertised in photos. Everything was so well appointed, from extra hooks in the bathrooms to cozy reading chairs and ottomans, to everything one could possible need in the kitchen.... I especially enjoyed standing at the kitchen sink seeing the ocean sparkle across the way! My little granddaughter played in the living room in the mornings and we also enjoyed the deck and seating outside. I chose this unit because wanted a cheerfully colorfully decorated place....it was beautiful! We didnt have the best weather and didn't get to use the pool, but if possible would definitely rent this place again!

We were very happy with this place. Check in was a little confusing we didnt have a room number. The deck light didn't work but other than that itwas perfect.
