Feb 14, 2023 #### Tired Unit - Great Location We had the chance to see 4 units in this complex and this was the shabbiest. This unit hasn't been updated/refreshed in too long. The walls are scuffed, the carpet is loose, the plumbing is slow to drain, kitchen is dated and dark. The drab furniture doesn't help and the sleeper sofa didn't work. We had to put the mattress on the floor and wrestle it back together every day. Some days it had to stay open The in wall A/C units were really tired and loud, complaining of filter problems and erratic cycling in the middle of the night. The smoke alarm chirped and never got fixed. When I tried to coordinate a fix and some credit back for the inconvenience the communication was sparse. We ended up with a small refund for losing out on a sleeping option we relied and paid for. The room with twin beds offered a bedroom with privacy. Two full baths were nice. On arrival, I learned about how important lighting can be.
