Great breakfast, amazing sauna area for hotel guests, room clean nice and spacious. For small additional charge you can use their pool complex, nice for kids too. Will be looking to stay there again.

Has a potential

In general we had a good stay. Food was great, room was spacious. Waterpark looks great, hovewer the big slides not in use. We paid £370 for two night for spacious room. It is a shame that there were few things that let this place down. We booked for three people but we got a bedding and towels only for two people. No robes for kids for the swimming pool. There was a kitchenette with microwave but no cutlery. The was a coffee and tea provided but no milk! The bathroom was very spacius with big bath but the water was lukewarm so there was no point to use it as you felt cold after 5 min. The negatives are easy to fix and would make a massive difference.

Dåligt städat överlag, vi hade bokat en svit och hamnade i en smutsig korridor där vi var tvungna att hoppa över både smutstvätt å illaluktande fotbollsskor som stod utanför alla dörrar. Jag förstår att det var fotbollsturnering men detta blev olyckligt när det t.o.m. låg smutsiga kalsonger där vi skulle gå. Synd att vi blev placerade där, alla spelarna var mycket trevliga men tvätt o skoberget luktade förfärligt av ammoniak och svett. Frukosten är fortfarande fantastisk och flera av personalen som är rutinerade är bra och håller hög nivå på servicen. Men många är nya och behöver nog lite utbildning. Ingen städning eller bäddning på rummet emellan nätter! Dåligt med speglar och undermålig belysning, sprucket kakel i badrummet och smuts i hörnen. Vi har bott på Binkowski väldigt många gånger de senaste 10 åren men detta har vi inte upplevt förut. Härlig utomhuspool att njuta på taket med fantastiska drinkar, duktiga bartenders i fin bar med en härlig infinitypool. Men tyvärr var det smutsigt även i den och uppe på soldäcket med tomma burkar och glas som rullade kring solstolarna Trots stora renoveringar de senaste åren är Binkowski långt ifrån den premiumupplevelse det var förut.

"Un hotel espectacular en Kielce. Se nota que es nuevo y que ha sido diseñado con mucho mimo y atención al detalle. El servicio es excelente; aunque lleven poco tiempo, demuestran una gran profesionalidad y todo el personal es sumamente atento. Viendo el altísimo nivel del hotel, estoy seguro de que nuestra cena de esta noche en su restaurante será magnífica. Por ahora, una opción 100% Lo mejor: Un hotel nuevo, moderno y con un diseño fantástico. Servicio: El personal es increíblemente atento y muy profesional. Un trato de 10. Hallo, am Rande von Kielce und doch zentrumnah, sowohl für geschäfltiche Reisen als auch privat zu sind sehr zu empfehlen. Rooftop Pool steht lediglich Erwachsenen zur Verfügung, was das ganze absolut entspannt macht! Für die Kinder ist ein Erlebnisbad direkt am Hotel zu nutzten, was sensationell aufgebaut und ein absolutes Spaßbad ist. Gruß

Sehr schönes Hotel nicht weit weg vom Zentrum und zur Messe. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Das Freizeitbad neben an (12 Euro Eintritt für 2h) ist auch sehr schön.

it was a pleasure to stay in this Hotel all facilities were second to none, there was some disruption due to building work but once this is completed and the new pool complex finished this will be an outstanding hotel

Strange employees in the restaurant

It was ok but nothing too special. Even if the hotel is pretty new and in really good condition the staff was not too friendly. The lady from reception was nice and helpful but the servants from the restaurant had a really hostile attitude .the hotel has also a really big free parking, spacious rooms, nice spa and good internet

Przyjemny pobyt

Bardzo przyjemnie będę wspominał pobyt w tym hotelu. Prośba dotycząca preferencji w sprawie pokoju została zrealizowana. Lokalizacja bardzo przyjemna , cicha i spokojne otoczenie . Śniadania bardzo dobre , restauracja taka sobie . Będąc w Kielcach napewno wybiorę ponownie ten hotel.
