"awesome stay! "

"This is a cute, convenient little cottage in Peoria Heights. It’s convenient to East Peoria and other areas in Peoria. Peoria Heights has a quaint area with shopping and great restaurants. Hearth is mt all-time favorite restaurant. I also highly recommend Two Sisters if you like antiques and vintage items."

"I stayed in town to care for an ill friend in hospital. I thought I was staying on the lower level of the house. It was actually an upstairs apartment with outside access & steep stairs to take your luggage up. I was hoping the host would be flexible with my check-in and check-out since I was looking for accommodations to sleep during day and leave for hospital in early eve. each day, He was not. It would be an extra $20 for every hour if I wanted to stay later or check in earlier. I was...

"House was exactly as pictured and described. Beds were very comfortable and we would definitely book this property again."

"Great stay, thanks!"

"Be careful on back deck is ready to collapse. House was clean but no instructions on how to use the tv or anything else only instructions of what to do before you leave, no instructions for getting in house had to set in driveway and wait on code to get in."

"Was just looking for a small place to crash at night as every day was filled with scheduled events and this place was perfect for that, from check in to checking out everything went smooth. If I ever go back to Peoria this is the place I’m checking for availability first."

"Nice location"

"Clean and wonderful place to stay when away from home!"

"Excellent communication and help. Instantly accommodating. Couldn’t be happier."

"The house was very clean and the nostalgic decor took us back to our chilhood. Brenda, the host was great to work with from the booking until the checkout. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great host very attentive. Cozy home. Feels very safe area. "

"The great things about the house:-attractive, comfortable furniture-very comfortable mattress-plenty of towels-lots of hangers (thanks!)-laundry baskets in each bedroom-washer and dryerThe less-than-great things:-the driveway has a deep hole near the street-when we arrived, the driveway was wet and muddy; the welcome mat was dirty and soaking wet, so we tracked mud into the house. There was no mat inside the door to wipe our feet.-the floors were dirty—once a mop was provided, I mopped the...

"There was no heat and the fire alarm was chirping. We had to stay elsewhere."

"The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental."
