While the neighborhood offers tranquility, a mere five-minute walk or bike ride leads to the beach at Boardwalk 28, and the Turtle Point golf Course and Clubhouse — a gateway to some of the island’s favorite activities. As you cross the threshold of this first-floor villa, a lovely space unfolds, overlooking a lagoon where serenity finds its home. The interior is luminous, adorned with clean lines, resplendent hardwood floors, and an embrace of cooling coastal design. In the living room, natural light cascades through double sets of sliding glass doors, opening a portal to the screened porch—where the outdoors becomes an integral part of your indoor life.
