What I like was it was so central to what I needed it for location was really good What I did not like Double bed but 2 separate duvet did not understand that no locks on widows wide open for kids not good

This boutique hotel would be considered wonderful in city. It has less than 40 rooms, all of which are very large with high ceilings. Large bathroom as well. It is centrally located and proximal to the city center. The only negative was that there was no gym as advertised.

Whenever I needed help the people at the front desk would do their best to help me. They even spent about an hour with me trying to buy some tickets for a show I wanted to attend. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. I am late to wake but I was never interrupted while sleeping All in all I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The Aurora is still a very good Hotel. I stayed there numerous times throughout the years. Sadly, they scaled back a bit on their breakfast menu

It was the best Hotel and the best breakfast and food fir this price. I stayed in krivoy rog Hoteks but no match to this Hotel. I will visit again soon. Good experience and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotels interior/decor is dated and the breakfast was a little restricted on selection. I would grade this as a good 3 star hotel but not a 4 star for sure. Staff were friendly and helpful and overall stay was good. Rooms are a good size bigger than average and clean.

Comfortable, clean and great service
Stayed in rm 306 - it's a very traditional hotel and seemed very clean and perfectly good amenities. The 'king' was two singles put together which I'm not a huge fan of and whilst the room couldn't be considered modern by any standards, it everything needed including effective AC, tea/coffee facilties, safe, etc. and spacious bathroom with wc/bidet/sink/shower. Breakfast was a good buffet selection, and service with a smile. Check-in was a little slow, and although there's only one lift I never really had to wait.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We were looking forward to the experience and, just like the previous time, it did not disappoint. Very nice visit.
It was a really modern hotel, Staff was excellent. It had a nice hot breakfast and a good restaurant. It is centrally located, short walk to a lot of interesting places to see. It had an on site currency exchange. Arranged a shuttle from the airport upon arrival and shuttle to the airport when i left.

Great hotel bang in the middle of town.
Great hotel with friendly english speaking staff who cannot do enough for you.They even pick you up from the airport and return you there for a very very reasonable charge.

Very good central hotel.
I was in Kharkiv for a conference and this was a perfect base. Close to the centre and facilities, with good food and friendly staff, this was ideal for my needs. In addition it was affordable - not too expensive and well worth it. I didn't make use of the facilities beyond the bar, and the basics of room service, and had breakfast there. The breakfast was excellent, eggs cooked to order and a good selection of other foods (though for my taste there could have been more fresh fruit). The bar staff were very helpful and for example provided us with ice and glasses for our champagne in the room.

Possibly the best hotel value in Kharkiv
This was my second stay at the hotel, and I'll return each time I visit Kharkiv. It's difficult to describe in detail how well-managed and maintained this hotel is. The staff is extraordinary and will take care of any requests you have. Almost all at front desk speak very good English. The entire staff is very customer-oriented. The free breakfast is also Extraordinary in both food quality and variety. There's a small, well-equipped gym available.

Excellent value for the money
I visited the hotel in January 2016. I had an excellent stay. Great location, great service. One thing that I wold like to clarify. The four star hotel rating is most likely by Ukranian Standards and not by American standards. Nevertheless, I would still highly recommend it as an alternative to a highly priced hotel.

great customer service, especially in the restaurant for breakfast. Professional and efficient reception and room service staff. One of the best locations in the city - close to the main square, four currency exchange places within 2 min walk, grocery store and local restaurants nearby (check out Khinkali House - Georgian restaurant across from the hotel).

Lovely little hotel, a true gem in the Kharkov cor
We had an awesome time in Aurora hotel! The value for the money is amazing: the location (central, but on a quiet street), the property itself, the prompt and attentive service, the yummy breakfast they serve every morning. The rooms are freshly renovated, large, modern and spotless clean. The in-room WiFi is reliable, I had no problem working remotely when I needed to. Overall, this hotel comes highly recommended.

Awesome Hotel. No need to look anywhere else!
Awesome hotel, awesome staff, great prices. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Most of the staff speaks English well. The are extremely helpful in all situations. I had trouble with my credit card upon arrival and they let me stay 2 days without paying while I was getting everything worked out. When I return I will always stay here. If traveling to another city I will always look for one of their premier locations.
