"Location is OK with only 2 km approx from Ao Nang beach. Easy with scooter access. All outdoor furniture needs replacement. Stairs and steps to go to the outdoor patio are falling apart and very dangerous. BBQ was in very bad shape condition. Pool OK. Kitchen: They need to invest in some pots for cooking and pans. Shower OK. Curtains falling... so in general, this place pictures have some photoshop because the place need DIY."

"They have wrong number in every website and it’s impossible to get connection to anyone. We paid for earlier check in (after 14h travelling) and when we got to the villa there was previous guests and we needed to wait 4h to get in to the Villa. Door locks didn’t work and the pool’s lights didn’t work. Lady who finally came to help us was really nice and polite."
