This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom stand-alone mountain home sleeps 12 with 4 king beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 twin sleeper chairs. It features a private hot tub with beautiful views. Other features include spacious decks with scenic views, private laundry and a one-car garage. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation or working vacations. Plus, you're away from the hustle and bustle of the resort but by car just minutes from all it has to offer. Inside you have wood beams and vaulted ceilings giving the feel of a real mountain home. The entryway offers a bench and a closet for your convenience. Walk down to the living area featuring large picture frame windows that let natural light stream inside. There is comfortable furniture around a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stacked stone gas fireplace and a flat screen TV and Blu-ray player complete with cable that includes a sports package. The homeowner has provided a pack 'n play and a high chair for families with young children. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of storage with custom cabinetry and a wine cooler for gatherings. The dining area offers beautiful views and seats six comfortably with two additional chairs. There are three seats at the breakfast bar. Head outside to the spacious deck offering seating and beautiful views. The main floor half bathroom is just off of the entryway. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The laundry room is also on the main floor. It features a full-sized washer and dryer and a sink. The first primary suite is upstairs and features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, a gas fireplace and its own private balcony. The vaulted ceilings and large windows lend even more space to this oversized primary. The bathroom has a vanity with double sinks, an oversized jetted tub and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a bench. Also upstairs is a spacious loft with a dedicated office space with a high-speed internet (up to 500Mbps) and a multifunction printer- perfect for a working vacation. Downstairs the basement offers four more bedrooms and a family room. The beds are comfortable. The cleanliness wasn't great, lots of trash outside near hot tub, many of the dishes were put away dirty, nearly every window covering was broken and there were places throughout that had not been cleaned very well. The communication with the host was also not that great - they take quite awhile to get back to you and they are only a property management company, so they don't seem to know specifics about the house. Lastly, they require you to take your trash to a bin that is quite far from the house - you'll need to drive. So be prepared to have to take trash in your car, which we were not prepared for and had very little room for upon checkout. ##### Julia L. The open kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of seating for our family group of 12\. The kitchen was all open into the dining/living area and had ample space for playing card games, puzzles, and a cozy atmosphere (beautiful fireplace) for family hanging out together. The beds were comfortable and spaces were clean and simply but beautifully decorated for the mountain setting. The hot tub was clean and provided lots of relaxing in the cool mountain air. The paved trails right next to the Snake River behind the house provided for beautiful walks and biking which went for miles past Dillon Lake and into the mountains. We enjoyed the many options for easy to moderate hikes in the area as well as nice pickleball courts in nearby Dillon Town park. ##### Naomi W.
