We've reduced our rates for the Fall! Come enjoy our late summer and fall festivals, like the Mountain Town Food Festival, August 16th! This beautiful four bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo has amazing views, a gorgeous outdoor heated pool and spa, and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Luxury top floor condo overlooking the slopes and River Run gondola at Keystone Resort. Ski in/Ski out with hot tub and heated pool awaiting your return at this modern and well appointed unit. This modern and well appointed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom penthouse condo sleeps 9 with two king beds, a queen bed, and a twin-over-full bunk bed. It features large floor to ceiling windows so you can take in the ski slope views. There's a gourmet kitchen, private laundry, and vaulted ceilings. Located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Lone Eagle is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool and hot tub. The living area features vaulted ceilings and a beautiful, floor to ceiling, gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. There’s also a wet bar with a wine cooler. Just off the living area is the spacious private balcony with views of the ski slope. Watch skiers and snowboarders come down the mountain from the comfort of your balcony. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight. There are six additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, and detergent has been provided for your convenience. The half bath is located just down the hall. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There are two master bedrooms. Both have a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and ski slope views. Both master bathrooms feature two vanities, a large walk-in shower and a jetted tub that opens to the master bedroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and views of the ski slope. The second guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin-sized bed on top and full-sized bed on the bottom, as well as a flat screen TV and ski slope views. Both guest bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom that has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this unit, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. Parking is in the heated, underground garage. Only one vehicle is permitted in the garage for this unit. Waking up every morning to the freshly groomed slope and watching the sunrise come over the mountains were perfect! We enjoyed the village that was just a short 5 min walk. The condo was great for the 8 of us. Having 2 masters worked great for the 2 families. The elevator worked fine during our stay. Condo is perfectly located on the slopes, perfect to take a quick break or spend time watch other ski down Dercum mountain. Ski locker drops you right in front of the Summit Express chair lift. River Run is 2 mins walk across the bridge. The condo itself is great, spacious, with all the comfort and accessories you might need to stay there for an extended period. Pictures posted are great but the condo in person is even better. Last and maybe most importantly, the ease of communication with the owner. Simeon is always there to make sure everything goes as expected. One of the best experience ever. We stayed there with 2 families, 5 kids aged 7 to 16 and everyone had a great time. Séjour de 7 nuits en mars 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Mike G. 10 mars 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Fantastic Place This was our first time in a Ski in / Ski out. 100% the only way to go. Condo was clean and just as described. The only downfall was the elevator malfunction which although was beyond the owners control, Simon stepped up and took care of us.
