Condo itself had everything we needed and spacious. Ground floor was perfect with 2 ski lockers and parking for 2 cars (which we had). We’ve stayed on several different communities every spring break when we visit and this is our top rated. The location was peaceful, and once some issues were addressed, we were able to enjoy our time.That said, there were several problems when we arrived. The shower in the master bathroom was not draining properly, and despite asking both through the app and by email, it was never fixed during our stay. This was disappointing. We also noticed some cleanliness concerns, including a poop stain on a bathroom wall, a plastic fork by the bunk bed, and a blanket in the master bedroom with a stain that looked like blood.To their credit, the hosts were responsive about other issues: they tightened a loose toilet base and replaced the battery in the carbon monoxide alarm after it went off in the middle of the night. They were polite and helpful in those instances.If the cleanliness and maintenance issues were addressed more thoroughly—especially the master bathroom shower—I think this would be a really great rental. ##### Barbara M.
