River Run Condo, Walking Distance to Keystone Base! Patio with Slope Views
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, one twin-sized bunk bed, and one Murphy bed. It is located in one of the buildings nearest to the gondola. The spacious patio offers treed views, with the slopes in the distance. High ceilings lend to an open feel. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Arapahoe Lodge offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub. Access to Dakota Lodge shared amenities.
The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a sectional sofa. Take advantage of the DVD library featuring over a hundred movies or enjoy a board game with the family. Just off the living area is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private patio can be accessed through the living area and offers outdoor seating and partial slope views. Enjoy the treed views and slopes in the distance.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the living area is the full bathroom that has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed with a memory foam topper and a mounted flat screen TV. Behind the privacy curtain is a twin-sized bunk bed. The beds are on our Ivory White Bedding program.

Great location, clean, great layout. The kids loved the bunk beds. Also the main bed was far better than a lot of mattresses that we’ve had in other units when staying in Keystone. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is ideal. Everything is clean, cozy and close to the slopes! However, there are a few procedures that were pretty tricky (or confusing) for this type of premium location/price. - not a working elevator during our stay- key pick up is completely off site and out of walking distance. It is across the highway and can be quite difficult to access during peak busy hours. - Getting/returning keys and key cards for ski lockers and garages (10AM or after 4:30PM) make it difficult to actual ski a full morning or afternoonThis location is nice but it definitely takes some planning, extra work and at least 2 adults to accommodate the back and forth for keys, key cards, and with no elevators. Worth noting- especially if skiing with young kids.

The unit was clean, all the beds were very comfortable. Had some trouble with the hot water in the shower at times. Overall was a great unit. My biggest complaint would be the building, the elevator was broken and the whole week no one was working on it. also the spa/ hot tub was broken. So getting heavy luggage up the stairs was really a pain. Would definitely pressure the HOA or facilities management as an owner.

Back door knob which was probably original equipment, needed replacing. Windows were difficult or impossible to open and with n9 AC this is a problem. Luckily there was no screen in the bedroom window so I was able to climb out of it in order to fix the broken door knob and open the door for some circulation. The patio had some sort of animal droppings scattered about so I was a bit concerned about what that might be and if it had been tracked into the property. The toilet kept running a few times but my wife fixed it by removing toilet lid. Except for these issues it was very nice with a nice location.

This bldg and unit are convenient to village and slopes. The unit is close to elevator, ski locker, hot tubs and to outside to Gondola. The unit was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Refrigerator/freezer is on the small side so need to be aware of how much you buy at the grocery store. The management bldg could be marked with the actual number of the unit in the address provided to make it clearer.

The location of the condo is great. So close to gondola and in the center of the village. Condo was not so great. The view of the slopes isn’t there anymore. Condos were built that took away the view. Window was broken and we could barely shut it. Had to go outside to try to push it closed. Still wouldn’t lock. Kitchen is very small with no where to put your food. The kitchen does have everything you need. Overall, we had a great time.

Disappointing Stay
Although adequate sleeping quarters and TV, everything else was outdated, in disrepair, and/or totally out of commission (elevator, spa, laundry facilities, refrigerator). Construction was being done our entire stay (pulling up shingles and throwing down by the patio) to nailing on new roofing.

Great Family Trip
The property was very close to everything in the Village and ski lifts. The underground parking and ski lockers were very convenient and accessible. The accommodations were perfect for our family with young kids. This is a trip we will remember for years to come!

Spring in the Village
Even though Keystone slopes and the village was closed we had a lovely quite time at Arapahoe Lodge. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking at the scenery and meeting new friends in the hot tub. The condo was quaint & well equipped. The mattress seemed very hard at first but when we laid down the foam molded to your body. Great comfortable night sleep. Great stay and look forward to coming back.

Loved our stay here. Condo perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Could have had a couple more. Underground parking and elevator to room on 1 st floor. Boys enjoyed fooseball steps away in lobby. There are 2 restrooms in lobby 10 steps away so it’s really like an extra 2 half baths. Ski lockers right there also. Really close to gondola. I don’t usually walk far in my boots but this was definitely doable. Free washer and dryer right next to lockers. Hot tub was perfect. Arapahoe hot tub much better than Dakota FWIW. Grocery store right next door. We will rent again here.

No hot water!
Once we checked in to our room we quickly realized there was NO hot water!!! After skiing all day with our 3 children we were unable to take hot showers.
Kitchen sink , bathroom sink… no hot water.
We called every number listed and finally got someone to answer. After sitting for 3 hours wondering what to do someone got back to us and said entire lodge was out of hot water and had no idea when it would get fixed. This was the start of our vacation .
We decided to book the Hyatt and stay there. So We left.
We missed our dinner reservation and dealt with the hassle of packing and unpacking 2 times. When asking questions to several ppl listed to contact our answers were “ I don’t know”. We expect some sort of compensation.
We also chose to not deal with it during our trip so it wouldn’t be consumed with this disaster and ruin our trip any further. We will be calling property management when we return home .

Great stay, perfect location!
The condo was close to everything! We parked the car in the heated garage, and only used it twice while we were there. Most everything was within close walking distance. The property was clean and looked like it’s online pictures. There is also free laundry right down the hall, so no need to overpack!
Our only issue was when our keycard stopped working midweek. It was taken care of within 45 minutes, so we were impressed with how quickly the property managers fixed the issue.
