But for the price, there seemed to be a lot of broken/missing things (heat could not be turned down and all units had windows/doors open even with snow coming down, no coffee/tea in unit, significant previous water damage on the bedroom wall). Plus there's an additional resort charge that isn't included in the "all in" VRBO pricing which makes you think they are aware that its egregious and they are too embarrassed to include it in their upfront price.
