Perfect for 2 families! It features beautiful, panoramic slope views from the private balcony. Enjoy the private indoor hot tub with slope views and watch night skiing from your private hot tub. No car needed - easily walk to shops and restaurants. Everything is close by, Mountain House Base Area lifts are a short 6 minute walk away or only a few minutes via the free shuttle and River Run is just 10 minutes walk down the nature path. Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and asked to lengthen your stay or have your reservation cancelled. The entryway features mounted hooks, benches, and several cubbies to store your gear as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV, a wood burning fireplace and cozy furniture. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers beautiful, panoramic slope views and overlooks the nearby wetlands. You might spot an elk, or fox while drinking your morning coffee. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats 8\. The private indoor hot tub is just off the dining area. It features two large windows for panoramic views of the mountains. The first of two full bathrooms is located down the hall and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a shower tub combo. The first guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom has a twin over double bed with a trundle twin bed. Both guest bathrooms have a single sink vanity and a walk-in showers, and enjoy the steam shower adjacent to the hot tub. Upstairs is a large loft area with (3) twin beds. Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. \*This property includes an external Ring doorbell camera for security purposes. This is the only camera at the property. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the unit, balcony or common areas. This is a smoke free building and complex. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice, lots of space for the 9 people in our group. Great view of the mountain, easy to walk to the lift at Keystone.The hot tub was not hot the entire time we were there, however. It was more of a bath temperature, and at times, even a cool bath. We contacted management and they came twice to work on it, both times very friendly and worked hard on getting it warmer, but we ultimately barely used it.We also expected wood to be in our condo for our woodburning fireplace since we saw ample wood in the pictures, but after calling about that, we were told we needed to purchase our own at a local gas station. We enjoyed our time in Keystone and the surrounding ski hills, the location of the condo was great and the scenery was excellent. ##### Michael D. However We were very disappointed in the rental company, Summit County Mountain Retreats.First, I received a text 30 minutes before we were to check in that the hot tub wasn't working. The first text gave us the impression that there was a confirmed time it was to be fixed. After inquiry more, they finally said "they misspoke" & they do not know when someone could come out and fix it. They told us several reasons why it wasn't going to be fixed. When we got to the condo, I felt the hot tub water. It was still warm. But no power going to it. There was a fuse box on the wall. All I had to do was trip the GFI. Amazing! The hot tub worked. I felt all along I wasn't getting an accurate story.Second, we needed more garbage bags. Since we needed more garbage bags, I texted Summit County Mountain Retreats. Asked if we could have more garbage bags, I also asked for more towels and mentioned that we didn't have any hot pads if they had any.This was what I received."Hello, we usually only supply the initial amount of those items however we have some in our office if you would like to pick those up. Towels and garbage bags."I thought a was the one on vacation. They were the service. The rental company should service us on these easy necessary items.
