This fully furnished unit is great for small groups of friends or small families and includes a murphy bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were able to cook a couple meals and even grilled! King bed is ok, but murphy bed appears to be a nicer foam mattress. No twin bed in bedroom as pictured. Living room furniture is a bit different too (sofa and 3 chairs). Missing hand soap in kitchen and bathroom. Used dish soap as hand soap in kitchen and the complementary bar soap in bathroom.
