"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. It had virtually everything we needed. There were 7 of us and had more than enough room. It was perfectly located and only about 5+ min from the Keystone ski resort. Only things worth noting is what we had read in many other reviews of this house was that the light system in each room is difficult to figure out. I would say that is true but once you get the hang of it, it wasn't that big of a deal. Only issue we had was that the hot tub did not work. Apparently this was a consistent problem as well in the reviews we read. The management company was very responsive anytime we reached out to them so they did send someone out fairly quickly to fix it. It would have been nice if there were instructions on how to shut off the hot tub. Management wasn't even sure. I had to find youtube of the hot tub to figure out how to shut it off. It's definitely not intuitive. Other than that, it was a terrific house and we would stay there again."

"The condo was in great condition and very clean. We had everything we needed. Short walk to the indoor pool and hut tub, which we used daily. "

"The original reservation could not be fulfilled due to the original reservation having a maintenance issue but we were moved to a suitable location, so I can't really review this property directly. I will say that the Summit County Mountain Retreat (SCMR) management were excellent with their communication and resolution to get us into another of their properties at the last minute (while driving to Keystone late at night in fact). Even when the new accomodation had an issue they were able to send maintenance over to resolve it satisfactorily for the stay. The alternate property was fine - clean and a good location, if somewhat dated and worn. I won't do a full breakdown here, but bed was comfy, and amenities worked for our needs. Overall I am satisfied. You can rely on SCMR to make it right for your travels - that hasn't always been the case for us in the past where we've been left scrambling on double-booked properties for instance. SCMR gets the full 5 stars, but averaging down to 4.5 for the alternate property, and the condition thereof."
