The unit is on the second floor, which is the same as the bridge out the back of the building. Once out, a short walk (less than 3 minutes) gets you right to the Summit Express chairlift. If you prefer the gondola, less than 5 minutes. We have two teenage boys (15 and 17) and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. I loved the drop-down murphy bed in the den area. We loved storing our equipment at the condo. We loved walking to River Run village for dinner most nights. We loved parking in the garage under our unit.
