It features beautiful panoramic lake and mountain views. Ideally located next to Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and lake activities. And you're a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. Guests have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features a pool, hot tub and sauna. The living area has a flat screen TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. There is a Playstation 3 that will play Blu-rays and DVDs. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and the oversized chair pulls out into a single bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area, and offers amazing views of Keystone Lake. In the winter you overlook ice-skating and hockey, and during the summer you’ll see the sparkling water with people canoeing and enjoying paddle boats. This condo features a full-sized kitchen that is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six people and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Room darkening shades and a new mattress topper ensure a good night's sleep. The guest bathroom is near the bedroom and features a single sink vanity with extra counter space and a seating area. The shower/tub combination and toilet area are separated by a door for additional privacy. The guest bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The homeowners have provided a pack 'n play and a portable high chair for use by families. Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking! We were only there for 1 night for a concert in nearby Dillon, but we'll definitely look at this property for future stay cations. I recommend bringing your own coffee set up. They provide hotel-quality coffee and a few sugar packets, no creamer. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had a fantastic vacation experience with this unit. We love Keystone and the surrounding summit area is so close-by. I took full advantage of the Rec path that runs right by the unit all the way to Dillon or Breck. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The true star of this unit, however is the VIEW. Right on Lake Keystone, we enjoyed a different sunset display every night. The property management was fantastic and the communication perfect. ##### Trent B. SCM retreats sent emails and texts prior to my arrival, providing all the information I needed to have for a pleasant stay. The best part was the place I got! I took a video of it and showed people where I was staying. It’s the perfect place for a family who is visiting the area. A total Booking.YEAH! place and experience. Way too much confusion with the check in and even though we called 2 weeks prior requesting an early check-in, they found no record of that at the front desk and we waited over 5 hours for the unit to be cleaned. Used towel and wash cloth left in the shower and the tables, etc had not been wiped down at all. Condo very nice, but property mgmt needs some attention. ##### Cheryl M. The property location is beautiful. Grounds are well-maintained and Unit was lovely, clean and comfortable. Views from living room, bedroom and balcony are gorgeous. Unit was quiet and private. The kitchen was well-stocked and the with dishes, utensils and cookware. Living room furniture was dated but clean and comfortable. Updates in kitchen and vanity counters and tub surround were beautiful. Heating unit worked well. The mattress had depressed areas on each side, but was comfortable. Linens and blankets were clean and comfortable. There was no barbecue grill on balcony as pictured in photo, but a grill was available in the center courtyard. All was in working order and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again. The Summit rental agency was professional and regularly checked on the quality of our visit. Upon arrival, immediately noticed animal hair on 2 out of the 3 chairs/couches in the living room. The 3rd one was leather so we could at least utilize the living room. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable because it is a pull out. The windows (main feature) of the unit were filthy. Absolutely disgusting. I seriously contemplated going to purchase cleaners so that I could enjoy the view more! The coffee pot never gets hot. Lukewarm at best. The bed is the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. Between not being able to breathe (because of the aforementioned animals) and the hard bed, I'm surprised I slept a wink all weekend. The location is awesome. The check-in/management company were easy to deal with. It was nice there were elevators in the building. We were pleased with parking and ease of access. The view was amazing. The patio (although the chairs were in disrepair) was still incredibly enjoyable. Property lacks attention to detail overall. ##### Cassandra K.
