Property management was super responsive via text message when we had questions. Bed was very comfortable and the ground floor is great access. Hot tub is reservation only (which isn’t noted anywhere other than the door that leads out to the pool) so make sure you plan on that if you want to use it. We had a great time in Keystone and enjoyed our stay at this property. The parking garage was convenient and it was an easy walk over to River Run which is where all the shops and restaurants are at. There are some items that could be improved upon but are minor issues. Outdoor patio chairs need some repairs, better pillows would have been nice and a larger fan would have helped with the air circulation.
