A bit of a walk to the gondola - especially in ski boots, but not horrible. The condo was comfortable for my family of five including three small kids. A downside of the layout is that the shower and sink area of the bathrooms is open to the bedrooms, so there is no privacy when exiting the tub/shower from the bedroom. Just something to consider depending on how a group is sharing the space.Not a knock on the condo managers as I’m sure it’s out of their control, though you could hear mice chirping constantly - literally day and night.
