Location is awesome. And the unit would be great for a couple. But if you have more than that, here are the issues:1\. The sleeper sofa is old. You can tell an attempt to Fix it with a nee mattress, but it faiks. The springs on the underlying fabric are to stretched so the bars are being felt through the mattress because the mattress rests on them.2\. The King in the bedroom is awesome.3\. The bedrooms pilot light needs adjusting (or a new register). We were there with temps in the 30’s. If you have windows closed (needed because of parking lot) and the door closed, the room gets unbearably hot. 4\. Units garage elevator never worked the entire time during our stay.
