Cozy Condo Close to River Run & Mountain House Base Area & Shared Amenities!

This cozy studio condo sleeps 4 with a king and queen sleeper sofa. It is located nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area. Walk to shopping and restaurants or take the shuttle anywhere in the village. Gateway Mountain Lodge features shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

This studio features a king-sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa that has a memory foam mattress. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The king-sized bed is on our Ivory White Bedding program featuring an uncompromising standard of cleanliness. The flat screen TV is mounted above the dining table across from the sofa. The kitchenette is stocked with essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, crockpot, hot plate and a coffeemaker. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Nice, but a bit tacky

Room was nice. Couch was terrible. Elevator didn't work. Wired everywhere hanging from the crooked tvs. It just seemed like the owner didn't care. Location is idea and we had tons of fun.

Great location

Great location walking to the ski resort. All you need for 2 people and short weekend stay. The only thing was bothering us that ac/heat inwall unit. It was so loud and making some weird noises. Also 2d evening we lost light at the entrance. Bulb just burned down .

It was small and tidy, perfect for 2 adults. Couldn't get the TV to work and thermostat was off kilter but room temp was still fine. Loved the coffee shop/brewery right below the unit.

The room was decrated nicely and very equipped with every thing you would need. Plenty of clean towels. The part I didn't like was everything seems like it took on a hevy snow season and never recovered. The carpet in the hallwas were filthy and the oder was not good. The stairwells were filthy as well. Other than trying to get some rest in a hotel that is 81 degrees at 9 p.m was not fun. I was in town fo my sons wedding the net day so I was kinda disappointed for the price but it was close to the venue. I did enjoy staying anyway and than you for having me.

Location was good, right off Highway 6. The only con I had was that the cushions on the couch need to be replaced. When I sat on it I had to use 2 bed pillows.

Great place for two!

We pretty much had everything we needed. Easy access to room- painless. Had pretty much all kitchen utensils for cooking. Parkkng was great and safe- if you’re driving from Denver - I wouldn’t take Loveland pass to get there. It was a pretty rough drive- take the Eisenhower tunnel if you can!

Great location bad management

This property was in a beautiful location in Keystone. It was walking distance to a brewery and restaurants and a short drive to the resort and even more restaurants. The property didn’t quite live up to our expectations based off pictures, it is practically just a hotel room, but it was clean and the location was worth it. The property management company was unnecessarily difficult to work with. From the second we booked, to the horrible instruction packet provided with many errors for check in, they were difficult.

Disappointed. Linens, mattress pad on pull out couch were dirty. Shower handle very loose. Thermostat needed batteries. I’m not the type the leave a negative review but am leaving this in hopes of helping the next family. We flew across the country and were disappointed in this unit. :(

Nice room for the price during the off-season. Everything worked except for the air conditioner. I couldn't determine if it was broken or simply disabled (no controls). The weather was pleasant and it wasn't needed, thankfully. The parking is easy and the location is excellent. The Haywood Cafe in the same building is worth hitting up for breakfast.

Great spot for a short getaway

Stayed here for a couple nights to attend some concerts in Dillon. Perfect location 10 minutes from the venue on one side and 10 minutes from absolutely breathtaking hiking at A Basin on the other. The unit was clean, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The AC wasn't super effective, but that's probably only an issue for a couple months in the summer. Between the fantastic location and the low cost, I will absolutely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Would not stay again

The unit itself isn’t too bad, as many others have stated it is more or less a hotel room with a little kitchenette. Our problem was the upkeep and management response. -Air conditioning did not work -Spent a miserable night hot with the windows open, frequently woken by traffic on rt 6 -Management sent maintenance who claimed it was fixed -Air conditioning continued not working so we did not stay the second night -Management offered what amounted to a 5% refund (of the room rate only, not counting the fees that about equaled the room rate) citing that it was 10% of the rate, and they were being generous by rounding up a few bucks for our inconvenience. Pros: -Room has ok space for two -Bed wasn’t bad -Garage would be nice to have during the winter Cons: -Air conditioning did not work -Bathroom faucet was poorly installed (water from tap enters at very back of bowl, no space to wash hands) -Even using both blinds and curtains lots of outside light gets into room -Kitchen setup is a hodgepodge of pots and hotplates (see their pictures) -No dishwasher in kitchenette -Route 6 passes 100 feet from unit window, frequent truck traffic -Very lengthy contract (many terms) required to rent unit for any length of time All told, we wouldn’t rent this unit again and I would caution against renting this unit or dealing with this management company. The place isn’t huge and they crammed a lot of stuff someone could possibly request into it, which may be appreciated by some but I found a little annoying when I discovered how full the closet was. The cold handle on the bathroom sink needed to be tightened down to work, and I’m not sure how housekeeping didn’t notice this and report it to maintenance. It begs the question of what else did they skip over or miss? The management company is pretty good about responding to messages, though whether or not problems are actually corrected is a different matter entirely.

Clean and comfy

This is more of a hotel room with extra amenities in it… could hear the neighbors talking and playing music. But it was clean, comfortable and included a loud fan which helped drown out any unwanted noise. Bed was very comfortable.

Great value, great location

Such an easy experience booking and checking into the Gateway for our Thanksgiving vacation. The room was clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen and bath amenities. Also the staff was extremely accessible by text to answer any questions about the property while we were staying there. We very much enjoyed the hot tub and pool access, on-call local shuttle service, ski lockers, and comfy bed. Everything was exactly as it should be and we'd definitely return again.

Easy walk to river run lifts. Well stocked kitchen amenities, if you like camping in a hotel like room. Comfy bed. Only critique is they send too many emails and instructions for checkin are not simple ( wordy). Unit is on east side of building, not west.
