Terrible property management Very unresponsive property management. I had to chat via vrbo multiple times, they didn't respond until the day I was going to arrive after I called and left a voicemail at the property management (they never returned my call and said I should have texted when they responded). I had multiple questions unanswered and they were not friendly. The internet didn't work and I didn't even try to text at that point - I highly doubt they would have cared and it wasn't worth the time. Condo is lovely, I recommend you stay for at least 2 nights to make it worth it (and hope that you don't need anything from Summit County Mountain Retreat management). ##### Holly Y.
