The living room features a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and large windows boasting stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Off of the living room is a private balcony where you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee in the morning and take in the fresh mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Serve your family at the round dining table which seats 4 people comfortably. The bedroom features a queen sized bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Silver Mill is an amenity rich building, featuring a large lobby with a comfortable sitting area and pool table, ski lockers, a fitness room, communal laundry room, and communal grill for summer cookouts. After a long day on the slopes, relax in one of the hot tubs or outdoor heated pool. You'll be right in the middle of the action in River Run Village, with the River Run Gondola and the Summit Express Lift less than a quarter-mile south (a two-minute walk). Countless retail shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities are right outside your door. Families will love the easy access to ice skating, inner-tubing, and night skiing. This complex is just five miles southwest of Arapahoe Basin Ski Area if you're interested in a change of scenery. You'll also be only eight miles east of downtown Dillon, the shores of Lake Dillon (where you can rent kayaks and pontoon boats in summer), and the Outlets at Silverthorne.Building roof replacement will start 9/6 and be ongoing through the end of October. Easy to connect to wifi and the speed was perfectly acceptable. I have some limitations on my ability to walk but everything in the River Run village was right in the "backyard" and the Gondola is only another block.The underground parking was convenient, easy to access and I always found a spot right near the elevators. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is a longish walk from the elevator but you get used to it. Check in was easy, just stopped at Skyrun and everything was ready for me. The directions were a bit confusing and probably should be updated e.g. "use the building side of your key" to enter the garage. Huh? You get three card keys, they are all the same, there is no "building side" and all three open the building, garage, and apartment. I didn't make much use of the kitchen but it looked fairly complete. The bedroom had quality linens and plenty of towels The bathroom had plenty of pressure and the hot water was almost instantaneous in the shower and at both sinks. Also - check out process with the keys was difficult because they want you to leave the keys in the condo - but we went skiing and our car was still in the garage. Unit was in great location for day trips. The kitchen was clean and equipped. Although we didn’t cook, it would more than suffice a couple or small family. The bed was comfortable and a fan is provided for those warm summer days. Cooled off nicely at night. Small deck was fun for people watching. We enjoyed the area but felt the restaurants nearby were just okay. They all are suffering lack of help so will give em a pass. Secure parking in underground garage was nice. Lots of places to explore nearby, Boreas pass, Guanella pass, Georgetown, Mt Evan’s, Breckinridge, Dillon Reservoir. Short trip up to Montezuma was fun also.
