With one of the most stunning views and locations in Summit County, this home offers 2 living areas, a large chefs kitchen, private hot tub, game room, and 4 master bedrooms each with private en suite bathrooms. With a birds eye view of Lake Dillon, the Ten Mile Range, and Buffalo and Red Mountains and tremendous views from every room, this location is unique and stunning. With four large bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, this rustic mountain home has room for up to 10 guests. The first level of the home has the 2 car garage with EV charger and pool table. There is a private bedroom on the lower level with King sized bed, en suite bathroom, private deck, and TV. Up one flight of stairs in the main level with spacious gourmet kitchen. The chef's kitchen is a paradise for anyone that loves to cook and savors family time at the table. Boasting spacious counters, a vintage cooking range set upon an island, a double wall oven, and an open style. The kitchen is open to the dining area that seats 8 at the table with an additional seating for 4 at the bar. There is a deck with BBQ grill off the kitchen and dining area. The adjacent living area features a wood burning fireplace, TV, and plenty of seating. A perfect place to hang out after your mountain adventures. There is a half bathroom on the main level off the living room. The second living room has a game table, TV, wet bar, and sectional sofa and lake views. There is a large deck off the main level with a private hot tub on the cliffs with jaw dropping views. Soak in the hot tub under a blanket of stars at night. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, amazing views, wood fireplace and a private en suite bathroom with double steam shower and soaking tub with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake and mountains. In both the third and fourth bedrooms you'll find queen-size beds, more amazing views and private en suite bathrooms, letting everyone in the group stay in privacy. Each bedroom has its own TV. The location of this cliff hanging home cannot be beat - set on top of the hillside in the Summerwood Community, you are just minutes from Keystone Resort and 20-25 to other popular ski resorts. What a beautiful home in a beautiful location. The pictures were amazing, but they honestly did not do the place justice. One item to note is that the house does not have any air conditioning and admittedly, we missed that in the listing. If the property owner could either add air conditioning units to the sleeping rooms or screens to the doors, it would allow you to get more air flow into the bedrooms at night. The small crank out windows simply do not allow for enough air flow and opening the doors without screens allows too many bugs in. Please add additional box fans so that those can be used as well.
