A stone's throw from the ski slopes, this condo is the perfect haven for winter enthusiasts. Save 5% due to possible construction noise or inconveniences on a neighboring new building. No construction-related refunds will be issued. There is construction taking place of another building (Kindred) nearby the Springs and some Red Hawk Properties during all of 2024 and most likely into 2025\. While we will put every effort into keeping this page up to date, contractors don't always inform us of their schedules. There might be construction noise, blocked off pathways, building materials in the guest view and other issues that come with constructing a building. Therefore, we are providing an additional discount at the time of booking due to these possible inconveniences. Not valid with other discounts or promotions. That said personally wouldn’t stay with more then 5, living room is very cramped way to much furniture it would be very hard to pull out the sofa to a bed Springs condos has gone down hill since we stayed last the sauna was broke entire week and so was one hot tub, and the fountain in lobby, we also got cut in glass that was broken all over pool table we didn’t see it was so fine. laundry machine also took my cash and didn’t give coins, also lots of construction right out the door you can hear, not sure I’d stay at the springs again. ##### stefanie Y. First floor location is great. Lobby has nice media room, fireplace, playroom and hangout area that was not crowded. Can’t beat the location for being close to the gondola and everything you want while not being loud. We have two smaller children and access to everything was perfect. Underground parking was plentiful and easy. Property manager allowed us to keep the car parked there on check out day after we checked out which made our last day that much more enjoyable while we skied.
