This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, luxury condo is located in the Clearwater Lofts at Keystone. This condo sleeps 6 across two King beds and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony, in-unit washer and dryer. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use. Upon entry guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, pantry, and an oversized refrigerator/freezer. Additionally this kitchen includes household favorites like a crockpot, blender, and air fryer. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker+coffee. The dining area seats eight and there is also additional seating for three located at the breakfast bar. The living area offers gorgeous views of mountains and cozy furnishings. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie, as the snow falls, on the mounted Smart TV. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out on the L-shaped couch, with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in the closet. Start up a game night, this rental is stocked with games galore - Monopoly, Yahtzee, Uno, Jenga, and more! The balcony, located behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, and sweeping mountain views. Going back past the living area guests will find the primary suite. This primary suite features a King sized bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom. All closets are stocked with hangers for guest use and with additional under-bed storage available. The window offers mountain views to enjoy from the comfort of bed. The primary bathroom features a double sink vanity with quartz countertops, and a standing shower with beautiful gray tiling. The guest bedroom, located on the opposite side of the living area features a King sized bed, large mounted Smart-TV, and ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom features quartz countertops, and a shower/tub combination with an additional entrance from the dining area. This vacation rental also offers a private washer and dryer for guest use. Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage equipped with a 50amp receptacle. Please note, guests must bring their own charging cord. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis. The kitchen is very well stocked for making meals, and the beds were super comfortable. The great room had plenty of room for dinner and games.The building has ski lockers located by the elevator (we had to call for the lock code), and the hot tub was just off the parking lot with nice views of the mountains. And the resort shuttle couldn't have been more convenient, with a stop just outside the building.We were confused by the listing description saying there was space for 8, but it doesn't mention the alcove (no door) just off the great room with bunk beds. With the two king bedrooms and the sleeper sofa, that makes for 8\. Note that the electric car charger in the garage needs a 14-50 cord (the same type as a 50-amp hookup you'd find at an RV park). The condo was clean, super comfortable and exactly as described. Parking inside garage was convenient and easy, and access to keystone was excellent. Plenty of plush bathroom towels and kitchen appliances were nice. Beds were comfortable. Also the washer and dryer were new and easy to use. Property staff were responsive - any questions were immediately answered. We rented ski and boarding equipment with the rental shop recommended by property and it was a great experience. Highly recommend pizza 101 (next door to equipment rental place) and Bighorn grill at keystone lodge for food. We would absolutely stay here again. ##### M R. Gorgeous, new condo with plenty of space for me and my daughter. Very comfortable beds with fresh, clean linens and plenty of fresh towels. Short drive to all the we wanted to do. Our group consisted of two adult couples - we travel to Keystone, CO often to enjoy hiking and outdoor activities. We were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the condo was! We arrived at night after dark, so it was a little difficult to figure out the garage key code, but during the daylight there is an obvious area where you scan in. The parking garage is very nice, and our room was just a short walk away. The main living/dining and kitchen area was very spacious and well appointed - the kitchen had everything we needed and more! Plenty of lighting, and ceiling fans throughout the condo. The deck was big with plenty of seating and gorgeous views. The bedrooms and bathrooms were everything we needed! Comfortable beds, beautiful tiled shower, and ample closet space with plenty of hangers. The wrap around couch in the living room was comfortable - we sat with the fireplace on and watched the Olympics on the smart tv several evenings. The condo is just steps away from the beautiful walking/biking trail that follows the river. We used the hot tub one night and it was great as well. There is even an extra bunk area if your party was larger. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return to Clearwater Lofts #106 for future visits to Keystone! ##### Amanda O. A perfect spot! The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, and welcoming. We were walking distance off a nice green belt path, a 30 minute walk to River Run.
