High-end finishes throughout in this brand new townhouse including a gourmet kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, private laundry and a private garage. The private deck and walk-out patio offer beautiful treed and mountain views and access to a hiking trail. Take advantage of the nearby shuttle stop that will have you anywhere within the resort in just minutes, or take the half mile walking and biking path to River Run Village. Guests of The Alders have access to the shared pool and hot tubs at Dakota Lodge in River Run Village. The entryway offers a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features vaulted ceilings and a cozy sectional. There's a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace with stone surround. Just off the living area is access to the private deck with beautiful mountain views. Sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath on this main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom is also on the main level. It features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a new high-end mattress and a Smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a bench. Downstairs are two more bedrooms and a family room. The family room has a flat screen TV and there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There is a game table with stools and the homeowner has provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Take advantage of the walk-out patio with beautiful views and access to a trail that will bring you to the River Run gondola. The location of the property was wonderful! In a quiet residential area. Not walkable to ski, but <5 min drive to slopes or can walk to shuttle. The property was not very clean however. The master bed was very uncomfortable; it was very saggy and we found it difficult to get comfortable even after long days of skiing. Condo was very clean, well appointed and perfect for two families with kids. Loved the ample entryway space for storing all our ski gear. Also loved having garage access since it snowed while we were there but never once had to dust off the cars. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Michele D. We had a wonderful time visiting over Thanksgiving with our family of 8\. The house was spotless and so convenient to everything. We used the free shuttle to take us to the slopes but also walked the path into town for shopping. The rental company was very accommodating and was easy to work with. With 8 in our family we had plenty of room and the 2 floors gave everyone the space they needed. The kids are already planning our trip for next year. We would absolutely stay here again! Our kiddos loved that they had kid games available, and super fast ride to the slopes. The only thing we had a hard time with was get the temp in the house to drop and at night it would get incredibly hot. Other than that, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!! ##### Ryan H. Everything was perfect but my only complaint would be the cleanliness. I believe the previous renters did a number on the place because they needed to deep clean the carpets....this left a very musty smell in the basement/walkout floor. The carpet was still wet when we arrived. Also, the master bath wasn't cleaned or missed because there was hair in the master shower drain and the toilet was yucky. The good news, once I called the property manager, they addressed all the issues as quickly as they could and did a great job. This was probably a one off situation. They were so focused on the carpet I think they just missed the bathroom cause everything else was clean. Would definitely recommend! ##### Michelle M. We had minimal issues and those we had were immediately addressed. Management company was very helpful with suggestions for the area. Games and TVs were plentiful for teenagers.
