The Neighborhood: This condo offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. With a free shuttle just a few minutes to the lift, you can be on the River Run Gondola, ready to take you to the top of Dercum Mountain, or jump onto the Peru Express and Argentine Lifts, putting you minutes away from being out on the slopes. After a day on the mountain, enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafes, and breweries in the area. In the summer months, take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also less than 30 minutes away and is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafes, and shops. You are also within a 30-minute drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin. Explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area as well. Dillon is an 11-minute drive away, Silverthorne is 14 minutes, and Breckenridge is under 30 minutes. For those looking to utilize the excellent public transportation options, the nearest bus stop is 1 mile away. Hop on this FREE bus at the Sunrise stop and be connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, making it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. I decided to see if the unit was ready and the cleaning team was just arriving. From my pre-cleaning glimpse i smelled more than i saw. there was a pot on the stove so i was hoping the previous tenants had cooked some pungent food and it would be remedied by my check in. Unfortunately, the smell persisted throughout our 3-day stay. i contacted the host on day 2 and they were very polite and accommodating, asking if they could send over air fresheners, but the smell seemed to come from the carpets and fabrics within the unit. other than that, just small stuff like a few dirty plates left in the pantry and couldn’t find the roku remote that actually worked for the tv. i brought my own foresticj and actually lost the remote haha. in trying to find it i found the roku remote ina crevice of one of the couches ##### Sean C.
