A beautiful house, immaculate throughout. Comfy top notch beds, kitchen with everything you need and then some.The most beautiful views from the rooftop deck. Everything you could wish for. A few steps to the southernmost point and a 2 min walk to pick up the free Duval Loop Bus that takes you around Duval street and all the bars, restaurants and shops. Key West is such a great place to stay. Great management team, who were very responsive to any of my queries or messages. Massive plus of having a car parking space also. Jan 31, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location Disliked: Communication #### Nice home but needs some TLC Home appears to have a lot if use and needs some attention. Outdoor furniture damaged, bed coverlets have holes, light missing in bathroom, only two teaspoons available, no wine bottle opener, no broom and cleaning supplies, cupboards bare (not even salt and pepper), etc. We rented the home for 33 days. Management company never reached out other than sending an email asking if we needed assistance in making a reservation. We received a call from the HVAC company to do maintenance. It turned out that they planned to change the entire unit and spent all day in the place. Also dragged in a lot of dirt. Five days later the air conditioning didn't work. We called and requested service. Someone dropped the ball and we didn't have service for 48 hours. A local shaved ice vendor parked across from the home every day of the week and cranked up his generator. The generator was very loud and ran from 9 am to 6\. it basically ruined the experience of sitting on the front porch. Numerous light bulbs burned out, pump in hot tub leaks, very few toiletries, etc. ##### James G.
