There was an issue with the pool pump not working and it took three days for the situation to be resolved. I do not know if there is any follow up on the cleaning crew but they must do the absolute minimum. The floors were FILTHY and were not cleaned before we checked in for sure. The tiles were stained with dried blood or a dark liquid, the floor of the shower had several large cracks that felt like the floor would give way if you stepped on the cracks. The unit needs some real maintenance- cracked filthy tiles in the bedroom, the bathroom door is literally peeling apart at the bottom, the shower needs a good bleach job, the stove is ancient, etc…. The owners need to do an inspection and determine whether they would stay there themselves. I felt dirty just being in there. Very disappointing. The interior is not spectacular but you are paying for the location.
