Its the location of the property. Its great to be in the center of everything but that comes at a price when it comes to trying to get some sleep. Is seldom quiets down even after hours. That said, it's beautiful and quaint, and the workers are so kind and helpful. For the price, it would have been nice to have at least 1 warm breakfast item included daily (eggs to order cost extra) but I did appreciate the breakfast bruchetta & salmon and all the fruit. The room was totally spacious and gorgeous. But for the price? Not worth it. Very expensive. The breakfast is just okay if you like fruit, sliced meat and hard boiled eggs. Don’t expect any meats like bacon, or sausage etc. If you want an omelette it’s $16.00USD. The water filter station is only available when the kitchen is open, and don’t drink the bottled water in the room. It’s $5.00 each. The pool is very small, we didn’t even use it. We were in the top floor, and can hear everyone on the street, vehicles and airplanes all night. Parking is offsite at a community lot which is $40.00USD a day. Street parking is not overnight. We walked everywhere during our stay. Pool was nice and refreshing during the very hot and humid weather, but they need more lounge chairs for guests.
