The only issue I had was not a soul in sight to get assistance. My room 111 was on the second floor which I was not aware. The stairs are very steep and very high. I was not physically capable of carrying my luggage up the stairs. No one to greet me or show me the property to find my room. You fly completely solo for a big price ticket. ##### Barbara N. Room 111 you have to fight the stairs then remember the ✅ mark after the code. The lamp on the table fire 🔥 hazard it’d spark turn on turn off puff of smoke then off again. The shower NO water pressure what so ever. It spits so to wash the shampoo/conditioner out plan to be in there for a least 35min. Then the tiny ants 🐜 in the bathroom so cute but not acceptable. And people there is NO coffee maker bring your own or pay $5 for a cup. NO microwave so forget about reheating your leftovers from the restaurant. The pool is NOT heated but we were there for fantasy fest and the locale was excellent !!! ##### Holly G.
