The properties are also located less than a half mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Presidents Walk properties are two level townhouses which have private courtyards on the first level and balconies on the second level. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots and pans, towels and linens, have central air conditioning, off street parking and pool access. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after business hours and had some difficulty getting the keys - seems like the booking agent didn't communicate to balance of office, so there was confusion on Compass's behalf. The property was clean but has signs of lack of maintenance. The second bedroom TV was non-functional and we called Compass for maintenance; they sent a Tech out, but never resolved the problem during our 2 week stay. Master shower light is burned out and toilet runs (unless you giggle the handle every time) and the dishwasher only wants to "rinse" and not clean per the selections available. Property is convenient to the small pool, but parking is a little far away and tight. I communicated the property deficiencies with Compass's office and was met with indifference. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a perfect location to everything. out your back door is a beautiful pool to enjoy. I would say the condo looked very nice and clean on arrival. Unfortunately, the place needs a little TLC. The back door doesn't close completely and does not lock. The back and front porch floors are so dirty. The back fence gate is in need of repairs along as the front porch railing is so loose. We had to call for the air conditioning while we were there. Not sure if the owner knows about the state of repairs or if it is the renting agency? The unit did not have the bedding we needed - despite asking ahead of time and it was difficult to get a response and what we needed. Overall we enjoyed the unit - however there are maintenance issues that need resolving. The upper level deck is sagging and the patio was in need of repairs. There was a missing doorknob in the bathroom and they didn't come to fix it all week - despite saying they would. The shower door on the tub/shower wouldn't close but Compass did send someone to try to fix it.
