You would think the Vrbo confirmation is the end, but it’s just the beginning.The property manager reached out with a separate contract. This included additional fees for travel / damage insurance - these could be declined but a 1000 deposit would be charged. The Adobe form didn’t work well and collected credit card info insecurely. The whole ordeal took a couple days so my booking felt in limbo until that was done. The manager provided all the info needed electronically. And was quite responsive by text.The only other issue was check out.
