The location was excellent- close enough to walk to everything but far enough from Duval to relax. We went over Christmas break and never had issues getting pool chairs or it being overcrowded. We did not have any issues we needed to address with management, so I cannot speak to that The unit is in the gated community of Truman Annex, but along Thomas Street. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend ear plugs or playing some sort of white noise. The roosters can be up and at it as early as 3am. Would definitely stay there again. Keep in mind you're assigned one parking spot per unit, otherwise you have to park thr extra vehicle on the street.
