This fully renovated town home is located in Key Largo in, a gated community with 24-hour security. It is uniquely situated with breathtaking sunrises AND sunsets. It is the only location in Key Largo with a saltwater lagoon with tropical fish specimens for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or just relaxing. Our spacious three-story, three-bedroom, three-bath, two- living room town home has been completely renovated from top to bottom with attention to every detail with a modern flair. Two living rooms (one on the first floor and one on the second floor) offer a unique opportunity for your family to spread out. The fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large counter with 6 stools. In either living room you can kick back on our comfy sofa in front of the new large flat screen Smart HDTVs with many channels with free movies. Enjoy the convenience of our new full-size LG front loading washer & dryer. You can relax in one of our three newly tiled showers each stocked with bath towels. The waterfront, master bedroom offers a king bed with fluffy linens and a private balcony overlooking the salt water lagoon. You can wake up and enjoy coffee while sitting on the screen-in balcony with a one-of a kind view. The second bedroom also has a luxurious queen bed and a private balcony. The third bedroom, also with a queen bed is located on the first floor. Our unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. You will find cookware, small appliances, coffee maker, blender, microwave, plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils. You will usually find some spices, condiments and canned goods in the cabinets - use what you like, replace what you can and leave what you don't use. Extras: Extra sheets, blankets, pillows, small ironing board & iron, some toiletries, first-aid items, and games. As always, every single line item is being washed between guests. If you will need extra linens, please let us know in advance. Each of the three full size bathrooms are equipped with 16.9 oz bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We have provided Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals nourishing Coconut Mango body wash, 100% Vegan, Cruelty-Free, Paraban and Sulfate-Free. Ginger Lily Farms Salon Formula 100% Pure Morocco Argan Oil Shampoo & Conditioner, Sulfate Free, Phosphate Free, Paraban Free, 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free. We ask that you do not take the refillable bottles with you. If you really like them - they are available on Amazon. If you've forgotten anything, whatever you find, you're welcome to use, child toys, floats, 2 pickleball rackets and balls, 2 junior size kayaks and an adult kayak. Kawama Yacht Club’s amenities include an on-site marina (with free boat ramp), docks available for rent, oceanfront access with fire-pits, a 400 foot jetty, 24 hour security, free boat trailer parking, fresh salt water lagoon, heated pools, tiki huts, kids playground and tennis courts. These amenities make Kawama Yacht Club a very desirable vacation. You can go boating, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, or fishing or just catch a tan. Access to the marina ramp is free but boats must have $300K in insurance. If you need a boat slip let us know and we can provide the marina's information. Others prefer to rent a golf cart from a third party - Hot Rod Golf Cart Rentals. They will drop off the golf cart at the unit. Take in the fresh air on one of our outdoor porches or patios, or bring a glass of wine to watch the breathtaking sunsets from our oceanfront or 400’ jetty. Our family friendly resort has a kids playground and well-maintained tennis courts. For the avid fisherman and boater, Kawama has a marina where you will have free use of the boat ramp and where renting a boat slip is an option. Boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property are part of John Pennekamp’s dive waters with beautiful coral reefs and fabulous diving spots just offshore. Rodriguez Key with its famous sand bar is only 3 minutes away and visible from our marina. Jacobs Acquatic Center with olympic pool, diving boards and kiddie water park only a few blocks away. We are close to a variety of unique shops and local eateries that offer the best in fresh seafood and key lime pie. Local attractions include - Swim with the Dolphins, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, Theater of the Sea (marine mammal park) Humphrey Bogart's African Queen. Dolphins Plus and Dolphin Cove are just minutes away. Enjoy the two-hour scenic drive to Key West, taking in the vivid turquoise waters along the way. There is a point that is popular with the people in the area that you can walk out on to see the sunset and there are even a couple of fire pits with chairs. The kitchen in the unit is well stocked and had everything we needed to make a Christmas family dinner. There are separate living rooms so groups can get a little time away if they want to watch something different. Having three separate showers and baths really helps with larger families. The beds are super soft (some may like that but it was a noticeable change for each of us), 2\. The bedrooms could all use some black out blinds as it gets very bright early, 3\. The townhouse was absolutely beautiful and was even better in person than the pictures. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked. Great location and beautiful property. The property manager went above and beyond for us and was very quick to respond. We had booked another unit. The complex but due to some parking maintenance the complex was doing we were contacted by the manager to inform us and she offered this unit. We could not be any more happier. Great stay. All of the amenities and supplies were beyond our expectations. Many restaurants nearby that are fantastic. We went snorkeling, sunset cruise and kayaking during our visit. It was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with really nice appliances. The unit is located right near the pool, park and lagoon. We enjoyed walking around the property and out on the jetti, laying out in the sun, and riding bikes the owner provided. We would definitely book again if we travel to the area! ##### Donna S. This was perfect for our family of 6, but would be great for all ages. One of the best-stocked kitchens I’ve had through a rental.
