Key Largo condo, relax in this calm, stylish space. Spacious, fully renovated waterfront 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with three queen beds, sleeps 6. Feel at home with the superb layout, central AC, full kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, one clean set of pans, utensils, plates, cups and linens. Private large balcony terrace accessible from living room and bedroom, water cove views, wireless internet, living room TV, washer and dryer in the unit, two assigned parking spaces.

Embrace the great outdoors with the provided outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or simply taking in the stunning surroundings. With free Wi-Fi and ample parking, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in the heart of Key Largo.

Boat slip and trailer parking available in the back lot with the rental of the unit.
You must request the reservation of the slip/parking in order to use it. IMPORTANT: There is no ramp, so your vessel must be launched at a public or private marina and navigated to the slip. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is the closest. Ocean access is limited by a low bridge with 7’ of clearance at up to 1’ to low tide. Boats with no top or collapsible tops should have no issue.

Fantastic vacation rental! A wonderful view over the water and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a place selling seafood that was caught that same day. A well equipped kitchen and in-unit washing machine & dryer are very convenient.The owner is VERY responsive and the one time something required new batteries it was fixed within 5 minutes … simply amazing! Strongly recommended.

Great stay, great location, great host. I do wish the ad mentioned it is on the third floor with no elevator. It was only an issue for one person in our party but it's worth mentioning. Plenty of parking for our boat and ski, pennecamp is easy access for launching ocean side. Would stay again.

The check in and out process were incredibly easy. The place was just as listed. It is a third floor walk up. Not a problem for us, but guests should know that. The place was quiet and lovely. Everything you would need.

The Perfect Spot

The place is just as it’s listed. Beautiful view on the back porch. Quiet area. We were able to secure a boat slip just around the corner at the Pilot House which also has a bar and grill. Very clean inside. Kitchen was equipped with necessities. Beds are very comfortable. Only fan is in the living room if you’re a fan person. I brought one just in case. Nice shaded area downstairs and we put our fishing poles and paddle boards in a little tucked away area. The only downfall for us was not being able to stay longer.

Lovely View

We enjoyed the central location in Key Largo. The view from the back patio was very pretty. My only regret is that I did not rent a kayak the first day and paddle along the canal around the corner to dolphin plus and look at thedolphins!

The space was great for our family of 4! It was our hub for the week while we stayed in the Keys. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and the property is as advertised! Beautiful quiet location!

Perfect Getaway!

The location is perfect, overlooking the water where we spotted manatee, squid, and a host of other sea-life. Also within walking distance of several good restaurants and stores. This rental unit is well-maintained and has plenty of quality towels & bedding while the owner was very responsive and had any problem fixed immediately. It’s located in a safe area and is very quiet so great for sleeping at night …or during the day!A perfect place for a quiet getaway. Highly recommended.

Quiet, Convenient location

Very nice property! We enjoyed the lovely view of the marina from the deck. We were in town for a wedding and found this spot very conveniently located to the venue, as well as many restaurants. Javier was very kind to let us check in early! Great stay!

Great place

Place was spot on to posted add. Communication was excellent. During our stay the dryer had a mechanical failure and within a few minutes they gave us directions to another machine we could use. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Dryer that stopped working looked to be a good machine and fairly new (I would not expected it to fail) I was impressed with quick response to alternative. We would definitely rent again if back in the area.

Relaxing vacation condo

This condo was perfect. Our kids could stay in one room, we could stay in the other. It was clean, spacious and just as listed. Loved the deck sitting area and view of the sunset. It was a super handy location for us. Javier was amazing to work with and always super responsive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
