We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. The gas grill & the washer/dryer worked great. We used the kayaks to explore the nearby mangrove forest and watched manatees in the marina from the unit's balcony. The amenities at the resort were wonderful and everyone was super friendly! Great view of the harbor and we even saw manatees in there one day. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level with the kitchen and a king bed in the lower bedroom worked well for us. The stairs is a spiral staircase which could be a barrier for older adults or very young children. The property manager Melanie is as wonderful as I’ve ever experienced. She communicated as we needed and answered every question. Much appreciated since we met a tropical storm on arrival. Overall a great property and we love the Keys. ##### Todd S. This condo is in a great location and the views are amazing! From the second floor balcony (which is the main living area) you are over looking the marina and just past that you see the beautiful ocean blues! This condo exceeded my expectations. The owners took the time to decorate it like a home and you felt that when you walked through the door. To no fault of the owners, we had a little problem with the air conditioner. Within an hour the repair man was there and had the unit up and running in no time! Personally, I have stayed other places and was simply told getting a repair person out would take days and we just had to do without! The owners take care of their tenants and return - they just want you to take care of their home. If you choose this condo - you will not be disappointed and will probably look into booking it again in the future! ##### Sheila H.
