This unit has an extended air-conditioned porch with a full kitchen and living room This amazing unit accommodates a total of 6 guests with 2 bedrooms with queen sized memory foam mattress in each bedroom. Lot 170 is one of the largest lots in Key Largo Kampground and is located very close to the pool Guest Access: Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles South of Miami on a quiet 40 acre tropical setting. It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile South of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Our location in Key Largo is the perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. John Pennekamp Park offers glass-bottom boats, snorkels, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun. Campground Amenities: \-24 hr security gate \-Marina \-Boat ramp \-Ice \-Playground \-Laundry facilities \-2 beaches \-Heated swimming pools \-Volleyball court \-Horseshoe court \-Shuffleboard court \-General store \-Open air lounge Other things to note: \- Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 4 guests per unit. \-Once you book, we will send you a registration form (10 days prior to arrival) which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival. \- Check-in time is between 4PM and 10:00PM, unless an earlier check-in has been coordinated with us in advance. There's no check-in available after 10:00PM. \-Check-out time is 11:00am \- Only 2 vehicles, including boat trailers, are allowed to park in each lot. \- All boats entering the grounds must have a length of 25' max and a width of 8.5' max. ● If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are $39.99+tax/per day and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/per day. Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first come, first served basis. One-time Boat Launching impact fee is $25.00+tax. Boats are limited to 25 feet maximum ► Boat registration (max 1 per reservation. No boats over 25’) ► Trailer registration ► Liability insurance (declaration page with coverage of injury and damages). \- No smoking allowed inside the units. \- Guests are not allowed to bring jet skis or wave runner inside the campground. \- The campground enforces a 10PM Quiet Time Hours Rule. The accomodations were fun, unique and as described and met our needs. There was some miscommunication between the host and the campground resulting in delays at checkin but was eventually resolved. Apparantly this is common (according to the campground staff). This year, we sought out an RV that would be comfortable for our family.From the beginning of making our reservation, I had questions to ensure I was prepared; I’m a planner.Ramses responded to all my questions, almost immediately! He shared insights and helpful tips for our stay.Upon our arrival, the place was found emaculately clean, cooled with great air conditioning, stocked with kitchen items (we did a lot of stay in cooking) bath towels, pool towels, outdoor seating, even a BBQ outside.Our favorite part was the additional living space with a full gas stove and oven, a separate air conditioner than that of the RV, an exhaust, TV, and sectional sofa to enlarge the hang out space.We are planning to go again this summer and will be re-booking with Ramses! ##### Christina R. Amazing experience in Key Largo Florida thanks to Ramses. He made sure my family stay was perfect from the start to the finish. Lot 170 was beautiful and well-kept and the service was great! Communication was very clear and made things super easy. The pool, the amenities and the beaches close by, were outstanding! The RV was cared for clean and well prepared for our staying the whole duration. Acessing areas such as Wi-Fi, propane usage, TV, and much more around the house was laid out very professionally and comfortably. Few issues : Microwave was dirty There were dishes and pans found in the cupboards that were definitely not clean. The cleaning person or company definitely should do way better! The propand grill was neglected by previous renters for sure, had to clean it and purchase a propane tank because they were both empty..... The RV itself was very nice and the attachment made the stay pleasant, the weather was bad so we didn't get out much. Beds are very comfortable.
