Welcome to your slice of paradise in beautiful Key Largo! Nestled in a vibrant 55 and over waterfront community on the Atlantic Ocean. This charming property offers the perfect blend of relaxation, recreation and social connection to get away from those bitter cold winters. Minimum 3-month rental. Golf-cart is included with rental.  
  
The community's clubhouse comes alive in the winter months with a full calendar of activities including Trivia Nights, Bingo, Pickleball, Tennis, Aqua Aerobics and Line Dancing to name a few. A marina is also in the community equipped with fish cleaning stations.  
  
Enjoy unobstructed direct water views from your backyard or balcony while you sip your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail.  
  
The 3 bedrooms include a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, and twin bed trundle, guests will find comfort and space to relax. There are 2 living rooms, which make it a great space for families. The 3 full bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. Experience the magic of Key Largo at our house right on by the coast of Key Largo. Direct views of Rodriguez Key and Tavernier Key. Moore your boat right in your backyard.  
  
The property also includes an outdoor fireplace, BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating. Kayaks included and to be used at your own risk. A second refrigerator on the first floor. Two sets of washer and dryers are on this property. One set is in the master bedroom closet on the second floor and another can be found on the first floor.
