Upon arrival, he met us at the RV to show us around and to make sure we knew everything about the place and to answer any questions. I had to text him a couple of times and he answered right away. What more could one ask? He was warm, welcoming and professional. He went above and beyond as our host and I would give him a 10 out 10! The RV was clean, very well stocked and super cute. The tiki hut was great! Oh, also I had the best nights sleep in this RV. The bed was very comfy! That's important when you're renting a VRBO! You'll have no regrets renting from Mario! The rv was immaculate and spacious and he provided us more than we expected including ice, coffee and a bottle of wine. The tiki area outside with couches was comfortable and we fished in the channel daily. It was a short drive to Key Largo and was quiet.
