There is a grill to cook your catch or toss on your store bought items. The Cuban Cafe Con Leche locally is way better than making coffee at home but there are two drip style coffee machines with filters. Unit has a 70” LED Smart TV in the living room and a 50” LED Smart TV in the master bedroom. There are 4 kayaks with kayak carts for easy transportation, that can be used to take the kayaks to the small private beach, or launch them at the community boat ramp (which is closer). The owner, Ryan, is one of the main reasons we would stay again. He could not have been easier or more helpful before and during our rental time. He was very easy to contact and quick with a response. His restaurant and shopping suggestions were spot on. The house was nice and comfortable and super clean! Kitchen and baths were generously supplied with needed items for a stress free stay. We used the kayaks several times and the water was clean and warm.
