Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Having stayed here some 8/10 years ago I was really looking forward to my return visit. Whilst it’s still a nice hotel, it’s starting to look very tired. Food choice was average, food was average! Room was nice (ish) clean and the best shower pressure know to man. Nice hotel but not uprooting any trees!

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

"Air conditioning didn’t work despite the maintenance manager insisting it did. Italian manager on reception gave me a different room but when I had just arrived tired and hungry I didn’t expect to spend 45 minutes getting it sorted. Disappointing"
